Our Story
My dad, Phil Shadid, established this business in 1978 when he started cleaning storefronts, restaurants, and houses. In 1983, he graduated from small jobs and moved into high-rise work and hired a crew to help him maintain a strong business until 1990. Business slowed down once he started having kids but the business never completely fizzled out. I am his youngest son Andrew and have picked up where he started the business with the same fundamentals of window cleaning as he has passed down his knowledge and skills of window cleaning to me.
What I Offer
Exterior Cleaning
This is the most common service that clients choose. I use a chemical-free solution to wipe down the glass followed by a squeegee with a rubber blade. I finish the window by wiping down the frame with a microfiber towel.
Interior Cleaning
Interior cleaning is offered but is usually not required as often as exterior cleaning. Most clients need interior cleaning done annually. This is done the same way as the exterior with more caution to not get the inside wet.
Year-Round Periodical Maintenance
Gaining commitments from the client to maintain their windows is the ideal situation for both sides. You can choose to have your windows maintained as often as weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually. This works best for both of us because I am able to be more flexible within a 2-day frame of the desired date, and will not have to constantly bug you about when I will be coming each month or how often you choose.
